At Herbal Spell, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Change of Mind Returns

If you purchased from us online and have changed your mind, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Product(s) you wish to return

Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel, you must return the item(s) within 14 days.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, in their original condition and in their original packaging. Please take reasonable care of all products while they are in your possession.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

For hygiene, health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of:

Opened, used or unsealed cosmetic, haircare, skincare or personal-care products
Opened, used or partly consumed herbal teas or food products
Products that have been damaged through misuse, neglect or improper storage
Products returned without their original packaging where this affects their resaleable condition
Gift cards, promotional items or free gifts

This does not affect your legal rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing, contact us as soon as possible at Herbalspell@hotmail.com.

To help us resolve the matter quickly, please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the item, packaging and any damage.

Where an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund or other remedy in line with your legal rights.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item where they have simply changed their mind.

We will cover reasonable return postage costs where the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage, as Herbal Spell cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and checked, we will confirm the outcome by email.

Where a refund is due, it will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or evidence that it has been sent back.

For a full cancelled order, we will refund the original standard delivery cost where applicable. Any upgraded or express-delivery charge will not be refunded.

If only part of an order is returned, the original delivery charge will not normally be refunded.

Exchanges

We may offer an exchange for unopened and unused products, subject to stock availability.

Please contact us before sending an item back. Customers are responsible for return postage for exchanges unless the item received was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

If the requested replacement product costs more, you will need to pay the difference before we send it. If it costs less, we will refund the difference where applicable.
