All orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days after payment has been received.

Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive it within 3–5 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weekends, bank holidays, busy periods or circumstances outside our control.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Where tracking is available, tracking details will be included in this email.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. Herbal Spell cannot accept responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
